"Good morning Ray, hoping you are well. I'm E that came for the Thai massage 21/1. Just to say another thank you. I slept fantastically that night and felt rested in the morning (which is rare for me). I also notice that something has shifted relating to my left hip, remember I mentioned numbness in the leg and aches if I leant on it or carried a heavy weight?..we'll that has gone 🙏. The breathing continues to a be a revelation and I am enjoying it throughout the day (if you know what I mean). Stiffness and discomfort in the shoulders and neck are still present, although not as uncomfortable. And I am increasingly conscious of my tensing and try to relax.

“ Hi Jacqueline, 
Baby "E" was born this morning at 1:11 weighing 8lb 4oz. I went into spontaneous labour at approx 3am yesterday, got to hospital at 12ish and was 5cm dilated. 
Had a natural birth with epidural and forcep delivery as she was coming out with her hand on her head. Had a really positive birth experience though and feeling really good!

Our little miracle, arrived into this world on 3rd of April at 9:52 weighing 8lb 1oz. He has well and truly stolen our hearts. All the heartache and pain we went through in the last 5 years seems like a distant memory and at times doesn't even feel like it happened to us. He is beyond perfect. He is feeding and sleeping really well and is already weighing 8lb 9oz which we have achieved entirely from my breast milk which i must admit feels really good.

He arrived by emergency c-section after his heart beat went on tour for 6 minutes! A bit like his mammy, he didn’t like the contractions too much!

You may or may not remember that I came to you in August 2021 for some fertility acupuncture. My first baby A died shortly after she was born in December 2020 and I’d been struggling to conceive. You worked wonders and I conceived the first month I saw you and had the course of acupuncture! I’m so grateful for your help and pleased to let you know that we have a beautiful baby boy called “S” born on 8 April 2022. Sorry I went a bit quiet during my pregnancy, I had a lot of hospital appointments, it was a difficult time and things with Covid got bad again so I decided not to continue with the acupuncture throughout the pregnancy. However, if you are still practicing in the future and we decide to expand our family I’d love to have treatment again.

Where do I start....you have both been my rock the past year and have always been at the end of the phone anytime of the day or night!

 After loosing two babies, I didn’t know what to do or why me or even where to start to find answers. So after finding you online And a friend of mine telling me to contact you I did and it was the best thing I did, You have made my dreams come true and you always had faith that one day it WILL happen now a year later I have my little rainbow baby in my arms who was born on 05th September 2020, 

We can not thank you all enough for the care, support and advise that you have all provided us over the last year since starting our journey, without question you have all been fantastic and supportive, you have enabled me to successfully conceive with the help of IVF and have a healthy little boy! 

Again we both want to thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for all your help and support not just with the acupuncture but for being there every step of the way throughout our IVF treatment the ups and the downs and also the massive worry I had with my mom being so poorly during covid in hospital and the stress and worry that brought whilst I was 17 weeks pregnant you was there for me when I was so low! 
Your always a great listener and have become our dear friends too!

I have good news! George  arrived on the 20th November at 12.14am weighing 7 pounds 12, happy & healthy. Labour was the toughest thing I’ve ever done but all worth it to have George here. D and I are absolutely thrilled. Thank you for all of your support and advice, when I was trying to conceive you gave me hope that I hadn’t exhausted all options and the sessions during pregnancy, including the yoga too, made such a difference both mentally & physically. We would love to arrange to pop over and introduce you to George when we have got into the swing of things, and I’d also love to get in touch again over zoom once I’m at the point of being able to do light exercise if there are things that may help too.

it was so lovely to meet you today. 

Thank-you for helping calm any worries I had and for this mornings treatment. I can’t explain it fully but I just feel so relaxed, which I haven’t done for a very long time.
